Managing partner


Mayowa, is the Managing Partner of Mayowa Adeyemi & Co. and also the Principal Consultant of Mibala Consulting. As an Experienced Managing Partner, his focused is on improving business performance with Entrepreneurial and hardworking mindset, Dedicated to expanding operations, delivering practical solutions and capitalizing on market trends. A Results-driven Partner adept at building and leading high-performance teams. A decisive leader and strategic planner with a resilient and forward-thinking approach. His flair for providing accurate analytical review of business entitles also formed the bedrock of his interest in the Audit, Tax and Financial Advisory Services. He is always ready to bring over 25 years of experience to his job.  A Certified National Accountant (CNA), Associate Member Chartered Institute of Taxation Of Nigeria (ACIT), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management, Associate Member Massachusetts Society of CPA – USA ,with Master degree in Business Administration (MBA Financial Management).

Adebola  Olatunde

HEAD OF AUDIT & ASSURANCE


Bola Olatunde is an HND Graduate of Accountancy from Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta, BSC (Accounting) from University Of Lagos and MBA (Lagos State University). A Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of Chartered Institute Of Taxation, Nigeria with over two decade and half experience in both the private and public sectors of the economy. He started his career with the firm of Adesiji Odutola & Co. He also worked with the Bells Educational Services Limited as Head of Internal Audit and Control. He thereafter joined Olajide Adeyi & Co as a partner. His well rounded background in Audit & Assurance is a significant driver of success.
